Brothers Ettore and Giansevero Fila founded their eponymous brand in Biella, Italy in 1911. As tennis soared in popularity in the ’80s, the brand’s “F-box” logo became a familiar sight on courts across Europe and America, fueled further by a close association with tennis icon Björn Borg.
