Designed by Tinker Hatfield in the late 80s, as an all-in-one sneaker, the term ‘Cross-Training’ became synonymous with the Air Trainer 1. This colorway is the original ‘Chlorophyll’ color palette, featuring a white and grey makeup contrasted with Chlorophyll accents on the branding and upper eyelets. The Air Trainer 1 was a favorite among athletes of different sports, including John McEnroe who made it a tennis icon.
