Enhanced with a lightweight design and softer materials, the debut of the Air Pegasus 89 made a welcome addition to the Air Pegasus franchise. The classic was revived for the Spring 2009 release of the Nike Air Pegasus 89 'Rave Pink' sneaker. The upper is constructed of layered overlays made up of mesh, suede and leather.
