The Nike Air Max Plus SE ‘Black Chrome’ updates the vintage running shoe with a black distressed canvas upper. A gradient blend of grey and black is applied to the sneaker’s signature TPU ‘fingers,’ inspired by windswept palm trees. Metallic silver accents land on the tongue tag, quarter-panel Swoosh and a pronounced shank plate under the midfoot. Nike’s Tuned Air logo decorates the heel, nodding to the visible Max Air units nestled in the forefoot and heel of the polyurethane midsole.
