Los Angeles based tattoo artist Mister Cartoon teamed up with Nike Sportswear on the Mr. Cartoon x Air Force 1 Low '03 'Clown' to apply his artwork to the design. Featuring a Midnight Navy and silver leather construction on the upper, Mister Cartoon works a stylized ‘LA’ onto the heel, while his signature drawing style emerges through lasering on the toe and quarter panel.
