The first sneaker issued in Nike's inaugural foray into celebrating the Chinese New Year, 2002's Air Force 1 'Horse' has a white leather upper accented by the word 'Horse' across the back and Chinese characters on the underside of the tongue patch. Unique Swooshes alternate colors—with one side bearing the brand's famous mark in blue, the other side in red. A translucent gum outsole rounds out the unique look.
