adidas Originals teamed up with Tokyo-based streetwear brand United Arrows & Sons for this NMD_R2, released in January 2018. It sports a core heather grey Primeknit upper, reflective 3-Stripes on the side panels, and graphics designed by Japanese artist Kosuke Kawamura on the tongue and heel patch. Other details include a white Boost midsole with matte silver medial EVA plugs and a navy blue rubber outsole with pink highlights. It dropped in a capsule collection with an NMD CS2 colorway and a range of apparel.
