As the moniker suggests, the adidas Stan Smith ‘Made To Be Remade’ is designed to be broken down and recycled at the end of the shoe’s life cycle. In lieu of traditional leather, the upper features undyed synthetic textile composed of knit TPU yarn. Perforated three-stripes embellish the quarter panel, while a green adidas Trefoil decorates the translucent heel tab. The sneaker sits atop a synthetic sole unit, complete with a circular outsole tread borrowed from the original Stan Smith.
