The Sk8-Hi LX 'Tonal Checkerboard' gives a new look to Vans’ signature pattern. This July 2018 release features a classic build, combining suede construction on the vamp and heel with cotton canvas on the quarter panel. The latter sports a checkerboard-print formed by alternating white and tan squares, which are intermittently adorned with the Vans logo. Red on the woven tongue tag and rubber license plate offer pops of contrasting color.
