Launching as part of the brand’s City Series, the adidas NMD_R1 ‘Beijing’ makes use of a two-tone color scheme inspired by the Chinese flag. The red knit textile upper hugs the foot in a sock-like fit, complete with a webbing pull tab at the heel for easy on and off. Contrasting pops of Bright Yellow appear on the welded tongue tag and signature three-stripes. The color-blocked yellow and white Boost midsole is equipped with matching yellow EVA plugs.
