The Air Force 1 Ultra Flyknit is a lightweight version of Bruce Kilgore’s original 1982 design, featuring new materials and a new construction. Chief among the revisions is the application of a breathable Flyknit upper, rendered here in complementary black and grey yarns. The revised foam midsole is supported by a cored-out outsole, complete with traditional AF1 pivot points and translucent detailing on the toe and heel.
