The Nike Metcon 6 ‘Leopard’ adds a dynamic animal print to a versatile training shoe made for both weighted and high-intensity workouts. The upper is constructed from a blend of textile and mesh, resulting in a lightweight build that’s 18% more breathable than the previous Metcon model. The signature Metcon outsole wraps up the sidewalls of the foam midsole, offering grippy traction during rope climbs. Under the heel, a removable Hyperlift insert adds an 8mm drop for added cushioning.
