The Jordan Carmelo 1.5, Carmelo Anthony's first signature sneaker, was first distributed in 2004. After leading Syracuse to a national championship as a freshman in 2003, Anthony was selected with the NBA Draft's third overall pick by the Denver Nuggets. Melo played in Denver from 2003-11, and this shoe features a Nuggets-like colorway of white, Metallic Gold and University Blue. The famous Jumpman logo is displayed prominently, as is Carmelo branding, including his birthday, '5.29.84,' on the multi-colored outsole.
