Under Armour's HOVR Phantom SE is a high-tech running sneaker designed to provide holistic data analysis and fine-tuned cushioning and stability. Unveiled in October 2019, this iteration holds warp-knit bootie complete with a ventilated, 3D molded midfoot panel, reflective laces and external heel counter. A Bluetooth-capable pod connects to a smartphone to record and track information. The blue midsole and glow-in-the-dark rubber outsole handle traction and impact protection.
