In June 2019, the Awake NY x Asics Gel Kayano 5 360 sneaker epitomizes creative director Angelo Baque's affinity for street luxury and bespoke design. Inspired by the streets of Paris, street lights cast a golden reflection on a still city. This rendition holds a Rich Gold mesh and leather upper trimmed in contrast suede and glossy logo stripes. Light-reflecting 3M accents and utility-inspired laces return a functional aesthetic. Co-branding is embroidered throughout. A black Gel midsole and rubber outsole are mounted below.
