Created by Sean McDowell and first introduced in 1998, the Nike Air Max Plus is an experimental design with a key focus on innovation. This kids' 'Black White' version features injected ribbing encasing a double-lasted synthetic upper with ombre detailing and contrast Swooshes. Hidden and visible Max Air Units are segmented in the forefoot and heel. Tuned Air technology integrated into the midsole provides a protective cushioning, while diversified pods in the outsole deliver improved traction.
