The Nike Air Max 90 ‘DIY Flare’ makes use of a special rub-off top layer on the sneaker’s pink leather mudguard. After extended wear – or the application of acetone, for those who want immediate results – the pastel finish gives way to a Bright Crimson base. The rest of the upper is crafted from breathable white mesh with tonal leather overlays and TPU accents in Hydrogen Blue. This pair dropped alongside a matching Air Max 97 with the same wear-away pink mudguard.
