Built for little kids, the Air Jordan 13 Retro PS ‘Starfish’ is clad in tumbled white leather with synthetic suede paneling in Starfish orange and contrasting black trim on the interior tongue and collar — a familiar color combination redolent of the Air Jordan 1 ‘Shattered Backboard’ series. This version for little feet lacks the Zoom Air cushioning and carbon fiber spring plate of the original, but the 13’s design hallmarks are left intact, including the holographic ‘eye,’ quilted overlays and panther paw outsole.
