Built for little kids, the Air Jordan 13 Retro PS ‘Black University Blue’ combines OG-style color blocking with a vibrant hue inspired by Michael Jordan’s alma mater. A pair of dimpled black mesh overlays occupy most of the real estate on the upper, which also includes black tumbled leather throughout the forefoot and wraparound suede construction in Carolina blue. Standard branding elements take the form of a holographic cat eye and an embroidered blue Jumpman on the tongue.
