Nike Air Griffey Max 1 'Black Freshwater' 2011
Nike brought back the Air Griffey Max 1 in August 2011, finishing it in the OG black and Freshwater colorway from 1996. The distinctive two-tone palette is inspired by the Seattle Mariners, the MLB team that Ken Griffey Jr. played for throughout the 90s. Junior’s now-retired 24 jersey number adorns the adjustable ankle strap, while the outsole is marked by a flaming baseball graphic.
