First seen in 2015, the adidas NMD_R1 features plugs inspired by the Micro Pacer that also serve to add structure to the Boost midsole. The adidas NMD_R1 'Black White Grey’ is constructed of a premium mesh upper with a textured look and a patch on the heel for reinforcement. Grey plugs appear on the white midsole while a black outsole completes the look.
