The Air Max 1 was initially released to pay tribute to the Centre Pompidou in Paris. In 2015, the classic silhouette received a perforated update to make the silhouette even more breathable. The Air Max 1 Ultra Moire features a Summit White-based leather upper with laser-etched perforations. The low top also boasts Gym Red accents along the midsole, on the cut-off side Swoosh, and on the tongue and heel branding.
