The Air Jordan 9 was initially issued as a tribute to Michael Jordan's international icon status in 1993. Launched in March 2019, this Retro 'Dream It, Do It' kids' option salutes the 90s ad campaign that borrowed Nike's 1988 'Just Do It' tagline with a multi-font logo on the tongue. The leather upper is contrasted with bold nubuck panels and asymmetrical heel branding. A rubber outsole calling out MJ's attributes stays true to the OG edition.
