Born in Osaka in 1938, photographer Daidō Moriyama is known for his depiction of the darker elements of urban life and changing cultural landscape of Japan after World War II. 'Lips! Lips! Lips!' is the third photobook in a series by the artist, originally published in 2018 and limited to 350 copies. The volume is filled with various representations of lips, from anatomical-like extreme closeups to kissing couples and rooms covered in images of lips. This edition is signed by Moriyama. This book has been sourced by Hi-Bridge Books, an appointment-only rare media archivist and bookstore located in Tokyo.
