GOAT x Division Street Auction Terms & Conditions

PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE BIDDING. BY PLACING A BID, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, OUR TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY.

How to enter. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The GOAT x Division Street Auction (“Event”) is hosted by GOAT (“Host” or “GOAT”). The Event will run beginning at or about 10:00 AM PT on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 and ending at or about 11:59 PM PT on Friday, August 26, 2022 (“Event Period”). During the Event Period, individuals may participate by placing an offer on designated auction items. The items available in the auction are 350 numbered pairs of the Air Jordan 8 ‘University of Oregon PE’ designed by Tinker Hatfield. Individuals may place one (1) offer per size of an auction item. While individuals may update their offers at any time prior to the close of the Event Period, only one offer can be placed on one size of an auction item at a time.

Host reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual (and all of their bids) who tampers with the bidding process or who Host believes has violated these Terms and Conditions. Host reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Event if it cannot be operated, conducted or completed as planned, for any reason.

Host and its subsidiaries and affiliates are not responsible for late, lost, delayed, unclear, incomplete, misdirected or ineligible bids which will be disqualified or for technical, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the sender, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the auction which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error that may occur in the processing of the bids in the Event.

The winning bidders will be notified of their win via email and/or push notification. The winning bidders will be automatically charged for the amount indicated on their offer(s) plus applicable taxes and fees. Host will ship the items to the winning bidder within 30 days of the close of the Event Period. Host, in its sole discretion, may choose the second highest bid as the winning bid, and so on and so forth.

Eligibility. The auction is open to individuals in the United States who are eligible to open and maintain an account on the GOAT App or website (www.GOAT.com) and who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. All applicable laws and regulations apply. Participation constitutes the bidder's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and Host’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Event. A bidder may be required to provide proof he/she is the person with the registered GOAT Account to be eligible to claim a prize. Employees, officers, directors of Host and any individuals and entities engaged in the administration, execution or prize fulfillment of the Event are ineligible to enter or win.
